CSY Impact Consulting began in March of  2023. Since then we've held multiple clients delivering a variety of offerings. 

CSY Impact Consulting advises companies across the packaging value chain, including producers and service providers under EPR, and others participating in the circular economy. Our clients range from premium consumer brands and large industrial distributors to specialty material manufacturers, recyclers, and industry trade groups. Producer engagements span first-time EPR registration, packaging classification, fee modeling, regulatory intelligence, and multi-state compliance strategy. Service provider engagements span reimbursement process support and aligning long-term investment strategy with PRO program plans. Current and past clients include:

Foundational member of the U.S. Producer Responsibility Organization for paper and packaging EPR.

Circular Action Alliance is the first approved Producer Responsibility Organization, a requirement for many Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation passed in the US. As a member of the team that established Circular Action Alliance, CSY Impact Consulting set the foundation for the producer services tools, processes, capabilities and operations.

With Osprey Initiatives, we redefined how they measured and communicated their impact. The team is very rigorous with measurement, but together we shifted from a one dimensional measurement to a well-rounded approach to defining success..

Veteran of Coca-Cola

Christine Yeager spent over 11 of her 15+ years experience working with Coca-Cola. There she led many projects. One where she optimized how Coca-Cola captured, defined and communicated its finished product data to customers, consumers and supply chain. After leading 10+ IT implementations and integrations, Christine shifted to setting the objectives for the organization. She led the annual and long range planning activities for Coca-Cola North America and ended her time at Coca-Cola as the Director Sustainability PMO.
