CSY Impact Consulting
Policies
-
CSY Impact Consulting is a sustainability advisory firm helping companies navigate Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and build circular, lower-impact business models. Our environmental commitments apply to our own operations as a small consultancy in Colorado, and reflect the same principles we advise our clients to adopt.
Our commitments:
Measure our footprint. We maintain an annual greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory covering our material emissions sources, including business travel (air, rideshare, and personal vehicle use), and use it to identify reduction opportunities year over year.
Minimize travel emissions. We operate as a fully remote business and prioritize virtual meetings and engagements. When travel is necessary, we consolidate trips and favor lower-emission options where practical.
Reduce resource consumption. We operate paper-light, delivering work digitally, and choose energy-efficient equipment and responsible purchasing for the supplies our business requires.
Manage waste responsibly. We reduce, reuse, and recycle in our home office and properly handle electronic waste at end of life.
Practice what we advise. We apply circular-economy and EPR principles to our own purchasing and operations, choosing products and vendors with credible environmental commitments where feasible.
Improve continuously. We review this policy at least annually, set practical goals, and adjust as the business grows. As we scale, we will extend these commitments to any team members, subcontractors, and vendors we engage.
